ECONOMIC IMPACT ANALYSIS � FEATURING THE TOTAL IMPACT� MODEL Calculate the fiscal impact and economic value of a project to the community. Analysis can also be conducted for such needs as Tax Increment Financing Districts, civic projects, conference center and hotel developments. This assistance can be for a specific project or prospect requirement or, for the development of a customized economic impact model for communities to use for recurring site search requests. TOTAL IMPACT� MODEL can either be customized for a respective city or to also include the county and other taxing entities like hospital districts and community colleges, and even by region.
