IB Roof Systems
The parent company of IB Roof Systems, L.J. Stanley & Associates, Inc., will relocate its corporate headquarters from Eugene, Oregon to Irving, Texas. IB Roof Systems, a manufacturer and distributor of roofing and solar industry products is a privately held company with facilities in Nevada, Illinois, Texas, and Oregon.
The corporate headquarters relocation will also involve a consolidation of the Irving operation into a 98,000 square foot building at 8181 Jetstar. The search areas included Dallas-Fort Worth, Charlotte, Atlanta, Toledo, and Detroit. Sixty jobs will result from the relocation and expansion.
A specialty product of this �green� company is their IB Solarwise PV, a roof-integrated solar Photo-voltaic system. IB SolarWise utilizes Thin Film laminate Solar PV modules produced by Uni-Solar � a US manufacturer of Solar products. Both IB Roofs and Uni-Solar have been in business for over 30 years, and combined their respective experience in Flat Roofing and Solar Photo-Voltaic to develop a Super-Energy-Efficient product for Residential, Commercial or Industrial buildings. SolarWise is a system to integrate two different systems to work seamlessly, to be leak free and maintain its warranty without incurring additional costs for the building owner.
