Over a period of several months, Wyndham Jade, assisted by Burns Development Group and Jones Lang LaSalle, conducted a thorough investigation into potential options for the long term location of their corporate headquarters.
Wyndham Jade is a travel and event services and support company that employs more than 150 professionals. With annual revenues in excess of $180 million, the company maintains offices in Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C., and New York.
The communities evaluated were all in North Texas and in close proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The cities were Plano, Addison, Farmers Branch and Dallas. After much deliberation, the decision was made to accept the City of Plano�s retention incentive offer to remain in Plano. The City�s strong indication of support and willingness to partner with the company contributed to this decision.

The company committed to retain their corporate headquarters in Plano for ten years. Currently at 6400 International Parkway, they will complete their lease through April 2012 and then either renew or move to another office property within the city limits of Plano. They will also maintain the existing 90 positions and hire 50 additional.
