Customized economic impact and incentive evaluation models
Burns Development Group has partnered with Impact DataSource to offer their customized economic impact and incentive evaluation models to communities, economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, and companies to do their own impact analyses throughout the year. Total Impact� Model can either be customized for your city, organization or firm, or be expanded to include all other local taxing districts like the county, school district, hospital district and community college.
The model allows our clients to generate reports that calculate the economic impact of a firm or project and costs and benefits for ten or more years, and evaluate several types of incentives based on return on investment. Having conducted 2,500 analyses of firms, projects and other development activities in 25 states, IDS used this knowledge to develop an efficient system to enable a community or firm to do their own timely, affordable and comprehensive economic impact analyses in-house.
